Albums
The discography of American rock group Toto includes 13 studio albums, four live albums, as well as a number of compilations. Before the formation of Toto, band members did sessions for other musicians. Toto released Toto XX in 1998 to commemorate its 20th anniversary. The band went through old tapes and recordings to create the album. The album was a hit by fans, and the band embarked on a tour with former members Bobby Kimball, Steve Porcaro, and Joseph Williams.
During the tour for the album 40 Trips Around the Sun, drummer Leland Sklar departed from the group and was replaced by Shem von Schroeck. In the year 2017, Toto released the double-CD set Falling in Between. It included tour recordings and also an interview with the group.

Toto has released a variety of music videos. The group has also released numerous compilation videos and DVDs. The band’s most popular video is “Africa”, with over one billion views. The video takes place in a library, and shows the band performing on top of a stack of books about Africa.
The track “Africa” is from the album Toto IV. The song was written by the band members and was produced by David Paich. It was a huge success in Europe and other countries. The success of the single helped Toto regain their popularity after their previous album, Turn Back, failed to chart in the United States.
